Jamie graduated from North Garland High School in 2013 and moved on to study business and marketing at Collin College while she started her yoga practice. Over the years, she fell in love with her practice and decided to deepen her knowledge of yoga and how it not only helps the body, but the mind. She decided that she wanted to show others how yoga has helped her move through life and decided to train as an instructor.
Her extensive yoga training helped open her mind to a lot of different practices, including Ashtanga, Vinyasana, Hatha, Yin & Yang style practices, deep stretching, core, and meditation.
Jamie does a wide range of training, from private sessions, to big community classes. She is there to be hands on and ready to help. She also has experience with dealing with injuries through strengthening & stretching the muscles around it. Her style of yoga has broadened over the years, and is here to help anybody start their journey through yoga. She aims to guide others through their practice and help them find their purpose just as she has found hers.
