PERFORMANCE TRAINING
At Hulen Health & Fitness our goal is to maximize athletic potential by teaching athletes biomechanical awareness, thus, enhancing motor learning to gain a winning edge. We understand that in any team situation individual attention to athletes is difficult with the player to coach ratio. Each group or individual session starts with an orientation where we analyze the biomechanics of each individual athlete involved. From that, we make a plan specific to the sport(s) and position(s) that they play.
- Initial Performance Testing: speed, agility, strength, endurance, flexibility
- Training: Focus on areas of weakness including speed, power, lateral movement, fast-twitch training, plyometrics, technique training, endurance
- Concluding Performance Testing: Used as a quantitative measure of progress made in training.
Program development is determined by the player’s goals and initial assessment.
